Windows going in... Vinyl windows have been installed at The Eliza. All Vinyl windows and balcony doors have been properly installed. In the coming weeks the rest of the building will be closed off with the installation of Curtain Wall Windows. We are excited to see the building progress on schedule for a Fall

Building rough ins well on their way! Building rough ins are well on their way at The Eliza. All interior steel studs are almost done. Plumbing, ventilation and electrical rough ins have been steadily progressing inside the building. Once all rough ins are completed, we will begin insulation throughout the entire building!
